Through clever delivery, teaching and questioning, he manages to elicit thought provoking discussion amongst a group of colleagues. His strategies and evidence based approaches have clearly impacted on our team; in fact it’s common to hear some of his session being quoted in the corridors and during meetings.

Through focussing on behaviours, both consciously and sub-consciously displayed, Nigel helped our management team to recognise and implement several key strategies. His ability to “lead” his student(s) to see a clearer path, is challenging yet ultimately rewarding, both professionally and personally.
