The leadership theories and models we have explored have been steeped in academic rigour and extremely useful and relevant when applied to a fast-changing academic/education field. I have been able to test drive my strategies and verify my thoughts and plans with real life exemplars and then execute the underlying leadership theories with notable benefits.
