He is a great judge of character and has the ability to break down complex issues/ problems, by asking the right questions – ALWAYS, into bite-sized chunks to come up with very plausible solutions. I find it highly motivating to talk to Nigel and bouncing thoughts and ideas to endorse and even add to my own thinking.
