I had worked with Nigel for 3 years when we were looking for some professional input to support the evolution of our cultural journey. Geoban UK is a wholly owned subsidiary of Santander Group, and as such, was a relatively new organisation made up of a number of transfers in from acquisitions. As a result, it had no distinct identity or culture.

We needed support to help build up the strength and capability of our leadership population, as they would be instrumental in creating high performing teams and hence a high performing organisation.
