Nigel is an incredible coach and our time together has been really rewarding. He is a phenomenal listener and always creates a safe, respectful yet challenging environment.

Our sessions have helped me to reflect on my leadership skills, including useful insights from the 360 review he conducted. I have learned how to motivate and more clearly communicate with my team and leaders. He always gives me fantastic tips to improve my performance but is great at provoking thought with questions that get to the heart of the matter. He has that natural ability to make you recognise your own potential, and empower and help guide you towards it. And his abilities extend across all levels – every colleague of mine who he has spoken to / worked with, across a diversity of profiles, leadership ability and tenure have consistently remarked on his outstanding talents.

As a result of his help and advice, I have grown more confident in my role and clear on my leadership style, blindspots – and ability to manage these to be a more authentic and capable leader.
