Nigel’s experience, integrity, inter-personal skills and leadership mean he is credible and his skill at drawing the best out of me has been awesome.

In addition, he has run leadership sessions for my Senior Leadership and Senior Management Teams and they have been hugely successful, again improving the performance of my Managers and Directors.
